Owners
Steve & Tonia Whittaker
Steve got his start in the trades working summers for his father’s electrical company in Holt, Michigan. In 1983 he joined a Lansing home-improvement company as a siding and window installer and worked his way up to lead installations.
In 1989, Steve and Tonia founded Sunrise Renovators and built the business around quality exterior work, later specializing in seamless gutters, gutter protection, and related services for homeowners throughout the Lansing area.
Tonia brings a strong background in photography, marketing, and graphics, helping guide the company’s advertising and customer-facing communication. Together, Steve and Tonia have built Sunrise Seamless around local relationships, dependable service, and work that homeowners can feel confident about before, during, and after installation.
Leadership
Asher Whittaker
Asher has worked with Sunrise Seamless on and off since he was twelve years old and now serves full-time in the business as part of the next generation of company leadership.
He helps manage day-to-day operations and handles estimating for commercial and property-management projects. For customers, that means the company continues to grow while staying grounded in the same local ownership and hands-on experience that built Sunrise in the first place.
